1. On-Site Consultation & Planning

• Initial visit to understand the scope of work.
• Discussion of requirements, vision, and scope of work.
• Development of a project roadmap including budget and timeline. 

2. Design Phase

• Preparation of complete 2D Plans: furniture layout, lighting, electrical layout, and soffit design if required. 
• Creation of 3D Realistic Visuals based on the approved style.
• Finalisation of the complete design package (same as the Interior & Design Package).

3. Contractor & Supplier Coordination

• Selection and coordination with contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers.
• Obtaining quotes and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Scheduling and supervising deliveries of materials and furnishings.
